ULN-8R是一款突破性产品,是雷达应用的8频、80MHz至120MHz频率参考。ULN-8R内置多达8种不同的低g灵敏度晶体频率,可通过3引脚TTL接口进行现场信道选择。ULN-8R被设计为雷达应用、卫星通信、广播以及测试和测量设备的可选低相位噪声频率参考。
ULN-8R只有3 x 2.5 x 0.7英寸的小尺寸,根据MIL-STD-202G、M213条件C进行冲击测试,根据MIL-STD 202G、M204条件C进行振动测试,老化时间小于每年1ppm。ULN-8R具有扩展温度范围,并且工作在从+9V到+18V电压,功耗低于0.7W。ULN-8R可提供8个自定义频率,或从现成的频率范围(如106MHz至109MHz)中进行选择。
ULN-8R的典型相位噪声性能(在107MHz载波),在10Hz时为-104dBc/Hz,在100Hz时为-131dBc/Hz、在1KHz时为-152dBc/Hz和在10KHz时为-160dBc/Hz,在1MHz时为-168dBc/Hz。
