HD CSAC低功率10MHz GPSDO是从HD CSAC GPSDO演变而来的,但具有完全不同的系统设计,可将功耗降低60%以上。它通过单个+5V电源工作,当处于外部1PPS锁定模式或GPS禁用的保持模式时,通常功耗低至0.42W。启动GPS后,功耗可低于0.55W。除了5V工作电压外,HD CSAC低功率GPSDO还提供了与流行的HD CSAC GPSDO单元相同的功能,但增加了多种功能,如3.3V CMOS 1PPS输出,CSAC插座以便轻松升级CSAC振荡器,TTL电平串行端口,其可以完全独立于RS-232电平串行端口操作,低功率保持模式下,不需要GPS接收时切断GPS接收机的电源。
